Blanco Catering packages are available in the Adelaide Botanic Garden only.

To ensure your ceremony lives up to the occasion, we ask that you assist us in planning your requirements well in advance. Download the PDF for information which includes an overview of responsibiities and the terms and condition surrounding an event you are planning to have. We will produce an event contract for you, which outlines your service requirements, costs with payment terms.

Blanco Catering will provide the service equipment and staff. The set-up will be just prior to your Ceremony and the food will be delivered to the site just prior to the commencement of your one hour period.

As this is a catered event by Blanco Catering, responsible service of alcohol practices will apply. Additionally, this is a licensed event and subject to the size and nature of the catering a special liquor licence may be required. If so, Blanco Catering will make the application and charge you any relevant application fees.

BYO alcohol is not permitted to your event. The Botanic Gardens are not licensed. The Adelaide Botanic Gardens offers three licensed outlets to purchase and consume alcohol. The Restaurant, Kiosk and Cafe within the Adelaide Botanic Garden offer a relaxing environment for guests between the ceremony and reception.
